I have member of Middletown Ct for many years learning that the only way to get help is sad for a town that has said no matter what we will help Homless people in anyway thats possible.I am very dissapointed in Middletown,Conn,Shelter Plus Care, River Valley Services. i'm tired of being told that the only way anyone will recieve help is if your controlled and your money being controlled.i think that its wrong to turn help away from people that need it if there minds and money are not cotrolled by agencies.Security Deposit Help in Middletown from agencies are terrible.For a town that wants to help people get off the street they are doing such a poor job. People from other towns get more help from Middletown then the residents..I think think that there should be programs to help people that hanle their own money,and that only need services without being Controlled by agencies.
