But, FOR LANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GARDEN, let me SAY: I'm writing from New Britain, CT. -my Name here is SHOWING- I was -incarcerated- at Battell Hall So 4 from early June 07 to early August 07. I'm not saying I did not make - good - use - of the TIME. I am saying, however that the STATE went ""out of bounds"" in -placing- my person at a facility such as that and - Yet - I am searching for a law team in order to bring a law suite against the State of Connecticut. I don't ""care"" ABOUT THE ""MONEY"" THIS WAS A MATTER OF -PRIDE- -WHAT RIGHT DOES THE STATE HAVE TO BREAK THEIR OWN RULES OF PROTOCOL (EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY PERSON in order to ""make a Placement"" such as what I went thru. THEN: INSIDE, their ""isn't any -help-"" to have your situation looked at in the Light of day/as far as one ""getting out"" of such perdicament). If I can even receive -LEAD- to a helpful Connection, I SHALL give the connecting party 1/2 of ""my take"" for any winning law suite. I can not say everything that is ON MY MIND, but, let it be known I am----even 15 mo. past the release---""Totally discussed"" that such could happen to someone like it did with me. A Judge gave me only ""30 min"" to review a ""lousey and inaccurate"" (I don't even need to defend against SUCH because the procedure rules were never met) report -AGAINST- my person. --I'd Say More, but...you know----Tell all STAFF I Met while there (""except the ones who belong as PATIENTS"". I have member of Middletown Ct for many years learning that the only way to get help is sad for a town that has said no matter what we will help Homless people in anyway thats possible.I am very dissapointed in Middletown,Conn,Shelter Plus Care, River Valley Services. i'm tired of being told that the only way anyone will recieve help is if your controlled and your money being controlled.i think that its wrong to turn help away from people that need it if there minds and money are not cotrolled by agencies.Security Deposit Help in Middletown from agencies are terrible.For a town that wants to help people get off the street they are doing such a poor job. People from other towns get more help from Middletown then the residents..I think think that there should be programs to help people that hanle their own money,and that only need services without being Controlled by agencies.
