This place is a scam. Do not go there unless you like getting ripped off of your hard earned cash. One star is too many for this place. I just paid $50 for the Exp Hand Wax. I knew something must be wrong when my car was finished in about 15 minutes and they were honking the horn on the car .... come and get it. OMG, what were they thinking. The roof and the top of the trunk had all these little black dots on it and streaks on the side. I asked the person there if my car was really finished and he said yes. I called for the manager and complained that I would get a better wash with a garden hose. I also get a better car wash driving through following a fill up at the local gas station and only pay $4. I just paid $50 and was supposed to be happy with this. The manager was of no help as he wanted me to be happy with all these black spots. I insisted that I was not leaving until those spots were removed. I was told that they had to use a special cleaner to remove those spots. Oh really, they just sprayed a little something out of a spray bottle and used a little elbow grease and the spots were gone in a couple of minutes. The streaks on the side only took a little wipe with the towel. This evening I noticed that the side windows have streaks from something dripping down them. I wanted my money back and this so called manager wanted me to come back and get a wax job for $120 and he would credit me my $50. I told him I would never come back to this place and they would never see another dime from me. I wanted the name of the owner because of my frustration and the manager refused to do anything about this total waste of my money. I will do whatever I can to get the word out about this place being the worse car wash I have ever been to all the manager wanted to do was make excuses. The manager did not want to make me a satisfied customer in any way. Save your money and go somewhere else.
