Clean Wave Express Car Wash

I had to point out to the guy all the places he missed -- especially the whole right back panel, which was still wet and covered with muddy-like substance. I asked for my money back, but they wouldn't give it to me. The manager did say he'd do a free ""hand"" car wash for me, but that would take about another 20-30 minutes. I didn't have the time. If I were you, I'd find a better place, espeically for the money they charge. Pros: Convenient to my home - the only thing! Cons: Sloppy and unfinished car wash more

I just had a $29.00 car wash at the Rossmoor Los Alamitos car wash, $27.00 for the car wash and $2.00 for a chevy suburban (Larger vehicle)plus 3 dollars for the tip total $32.00, They sprayed on a wax. Terrible!!!! I watched the guy move the dirt around with the same to 12in by 12in rags and never changed them. When I wash my car at home it takes 3 large towels.. The guy armouraled the exterior and missed several spots..save your money go else where. This wash looks a lot like the $12.00 dollar car wash at champman and Beach blvd. Save your money!! I would have been happier just driving down the street rolling down my window and just throwing the money out then getting the poor car wash that I recieved. Cons: Customer Service and workmanship was extremely poor more

This place is a scam. Do not go there unless you like getting ripped off of your hard earned cash. One star is too many for this place. I just paid $50 for the Exp Hand Wax. I knew something must be wrong when my car was finished in about 15 minutes and they were honking the horn on the car .... come and get it. OMG, what were they thinking. The roof and the top of the trunk had all these little black dots on it and streaks on the side. I asked the person there if my car was really finished and he said yes. I called for the manager and complained that I would get a better wash with a garden hose. I also get a better car wash driving through following a fill up at the local gas station and only pay $4. I just paid $50 and was supposed to be happy with this. The manager was of no help as he wanted me to be happy with all these black spots. I insisted that I was not leaving until those spots were removed. I was told that they had to use a special cleaner to remove those spots. Oh really, they just sprayed a little something out of a spray bottle and used a little elbow grease and the spots were gone in a couple of minutes. The streaks on the side only took a little wipe with the towel. This evening I noticed that the side windows have streaks from something dripping down them. I wanted my money back and this so called manager wanted me to come back and get a wax job for $120 and he would credit me my $50. I told him I would never come back to this place and they would never see another dime from me. I wanted the name of the owner because of my frustration and the manager refused to do anything about this total waste of my money. I will do whatever I can to get the word out about this place being the worse car wash I have ever been to all the manager wanted to do was make excuses. The manager did not want to make me a satisfied customer in any way. Save your money and go somewhere else. more

Since I live in Rossmoor I decided to use the Rossmoor Car Wash. My neighbor told me not to go there, he had taken both his car and his wife's car there and was dissatisfied with the job they did. I took my car in to be washed - since I was headed to an event I decided to get the wax job also. Had I listened to my neighbor I would have just washed my car myself and I been in a better position. When I arrived home I saw that there were enormous amounts of wax all over the passenger side of the car as well as on the roof. Also the two passenger side rims were still dirty. Amazing. I had to wipe off the wax as well as clean the rims. When I complained they offered to just wash the car again. I cannot say enough as to how poor a job was done. And to compound the matter I was treated just as poorly by their management. I would NEVER recommend this car wash. Pros: I know of none. Cons: Poor job/ poor service more

Car had to be sent back to be vacuumed again. Had to ask someone to come back and dry the car. Water was everywhere. Did not use an air hose to get the water out of the side mirrors, so soapy water left spots all over the sides. Paid extra for a special package that included the wheels - had to redo the rims when I got home. Car wasn't very dirty to begin with - I had parked under a tree for a couple of hours and needed to get the bird mess off. I would have been better off taking a hose to it when I got home. I've been going to carwashes for over 20 years now and I had experienced a lot of good and bad jobs on my car, but what I learned is that if you love your car you have to invest some money on it. I read two bad reviews about this place and I felt like I had to speak up for this amazing car wash and their quality service. I want to address the person who complained about water drops or things unvacuumed, if you really want a good job on your car, you have to purchase a better package and not only a simple wash that only includes soap and water. The water drops and difficult spots have to be removed with special chemicals that are expensive. If you have a dirty car you have to use more products on it!!! Im a corporate manager at a cleaning solutions company and I can tell you and everyone that if you want picky stuff for your car you have to be picky about the products you want them to use. Instead of going for a regular wash, pick a better one which would ultimately be better for your car in the long run. If you have water spots burned into your car body or windows by the sun, then get at least a spray wax or the better option would be a detail or a hand wax with clay. This carwash offers good packages for the products they use which are top of the line. Always remember, you get what you pay for. If your car is filthy and you want it to come out clean and shiny, then dont get a 12 dollar wash and expect them to do it. Spend at least more than 20 dollars on it or get a good hand wax. They are really good and the waiting area is awesome, I have recoommended this place to all my friends and they all go there one or two times a week. I was browsing for a great carwash and Rossmoor Car Wash popped up! I foolishly took my New car here for it's first car wash. It came back with 2 large scratches on the hood. The person who was drying the car had scratched it with their watch. I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to come over and tell me it wasn't their fault. Then, they would not refund my money for the balance on a multi-car wash package I purchased. PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THEM IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR!!! more

This car wash is clean and everyone is friendly. There is an awesome gift shop inside, computer access and massage chair, what more could you ask for. There is a Sudszilla that the kids can spray the cars with, this makes their day. Our car is always 100% clean and done within a timely manner. I have recommended this car wash to all of my friends and family. Pros: Nice waiting area with many options more

I decided to take my car to the Rossmoor Car Wash only to get in my UNVACUUMED car with UNCLEANED WINDOWS, spots everywhere and RUDE SERVICE. I then decided to call the manager and inform him that my car was not even close to clean; he told me to bring it back the next day and I could have it washed again. STUPIDLY I DID, only to have the VEYR RUDE girl in the drive up, tell ME TO GO LOOK FOR THE MANAGER!!!! Then after I wait for them to ""wash my car"" I get in only to find the SAME SPOTS AS BEFORE ON THE WINDOWS UNCLEANED!!!! AND THEN THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THAT THERE IS NOW A CHUNK OF PAINT MISSING IN MY BEAUTIFUL NEW BMW!!!!!!! \r \r \r So like I said before, if you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE ROSSMOOR CARWASH!!!!!! I'm a regular customer at Rossmoor Car Wash for years but became a permanent customer for life when they cleaned me car following my child having gotten sick in the car. I had my car detailed. The carpet and upholstery was beautiful as was the entire car. The manager inspected my car and returned it to me in almost new condition. I couldn't be happier with the entire staff. They also have a great gift shop and waiting area. My kids enjoy going and watching the cars go through etc.. Pros: Service, Location, The People Cons: Longer Hours more
