I went to get an estimate on some minor damage to the front bumper. I stood at the counter while the owner-manager Jerry and a woman[secretary] in the office carried on a personnel conversation for several minutes totally ignoring me. I mean not even a look of acknowledgment or a 1 finger in the air, nothing. A tech came thru the office and I asked him if he could help me, then ""Jerry"" yelled ""I be with you in a minute"" . The women left and he then processed to tell me off for interrupting him. He was RUDE and NASTY. I guess I had interrupted his attempt for some love in the afternoon. Needless to say I left and I did not offer my business to Collision Tech. My experience with Collision Tech will be one I will be happy to repeat to everyone I meet. I took my business up the road where I was treated with respect and dignity.
