Absolute fantastic service! My car looks great. I had a minor problem after I took the car home and they went out of their way to fix it and no charge. I was very impressed with the follow up a and when I called they gave me honest update at all times.Christina and Jerry were great. They also will not take something on that they do not have the capabilities of getting done I could tell this from being at the shop. My car was ready as promised the day they said it would be finished which is something I have never had happen with me before. I highly recomend Collision Tech to anyone who wants honest work and does not want to be ripped off or lied to. Best experience I have ever had!! Thank you Christina and Jerry!!!!!! more

The staff at Collision Tech went out of there way for me. They did everything they could to make my traumatic experience easy and painless. After my accident I took my car to them and found out that I really couldn't afford to fix my car right now. I had been to a few other shops and they would not work with me. Collision Tech was able to let me make payments on my repair. The lady in the office (Christina) told me about this new finance program they had. I didn't have to have good credit. They verified my bank account and job and I was approved in minutes. The owner (Jerry) gave me a really good price and I have 6 months to pay it. They repaired my car in just 3 days and returned it to me good as new. The guys did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone. Definitely a great experience! Thank you Collision Tech! more

OMG! What an experience! 5/7/2012

I went to get an estimate on some minor damage to the front bumper. I stood at the counter while the owner-manager Jerry and a woman[secretary] in the office carried on a personnel conversation for several minutes totally ignoring me. I mean not even a look of acknowledgment or a 1 finger in the air, nothing. A tech came thru the office and I asked him if he could help me, then ""Jerry"" yelled ""I be with you in a minute"" . The women left and he then processed to tell me off for interrupting him. He was RUDE and NASTY. I guess I had interrupted his attempt for some love in the afternoon. Needless to say I left and I did not offer my business to Collision Tech. My experience with Collision Tech will be one I will be happy to repeat to everyone I meet. I took my business up the road where I was treated with respect and dignity. more

Wonderful Experience!!! 10/27/2011

We recently took our 2004 Murano to Collision Tech for repair (based on a friend's recommendation). Over the past seven years, it has sustained many bangs, dings, dents, scratches, etc. Since we plan to keep the car for a while, we decided to invest the money in making it look as good as possible. I took it to Jerry and just said I want it to look as ""new"" as possible. Jerry looked it over, told me that he could make it look really good again, and gave me a reasonable quote. So we agreed that Collision Tech should do the work. When I picked the car up, it looked great to me. Upon getting home, my wife did notice a couple of places that she felt needed minor attention. So we returned and spoke wilth Jerry. He was extremely cooperative and said that he would be happy to take care of any items we noted. When I went to pick up the car again, Jerry had just noticed a scratch that we would likely have never noticed. But Jerry insisted that it should be repaired, but would take another day. Jerry was so concerned that everything went well that he even offered to pay for a day's car rental because of the delay. What more could you ask? So, to the conclusion--Jerry did a fabulous job on the car--it may look better than new--for a reasonable price. He was cooperative in every manner and very professional. I have another car that needs the same type care, so I plan to have Jerry do the work. Repeat business and word of mouth are great testimonies for a business. Keep up the good work, Jerry. (Note: Our front seats needed repair--rather than sending them out to be repaired and marking up for a profit, Jerry told me where I should go for the repair--and they did an excellent job.) more

Great Repair 9/21/2011

I had my car repaired at Collision Tech after we were in an accident on Labor Day. I cannot express how impressed I was with the prompt service I received from EVERYBODY there. Collision Tech is the BEST! 6/26/2011

Thank you, Collision Tech for another wonderful repair! Over the years, I have taken all of my cars to Jerry for repair and have always been extremely pleased. Once again, Jerry and his entire staff have done an excellent job. Recently, my Mazda Miata trunk lid was damaged when I closed the lid on something sitting too high in the trunk. Jerry made it look brand new again even after having to create a custom color to match the existing paint. Jerry explained that my car was not painted an original factory color and he had to create the color when making the repair. You can see from the photos I uploaded in the Gallery that the trunk looks great. I included a photo from the front of the car to show the excellent repair job Collision Tech did several years ago when I had extensive front end damage due to an accident. As you can see, my 2006 Miata looks brand new! Each experience I have had with Collision Tech has been pleasant and professional. My cars have been ready when promised and the work done to more than my satisfaction. Thank you again, Jerry and Collision Tech! more

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND REPAIR EVER 2/28/2011

Collision Tech has been the WORST mechanic and bodyshop experience of my life, even resulting actual personal injury to myself. That horrible shop was tasked with fixing damage on my car due to an accident. $300 was the price for frame repair plus any subsequent estimate for additional bodywork and engine repair; I had stated that I wanted it fixed and driveable. After having the car since January, Jerry's story changed from being able to repair the frame to NOT being able to fix it and needing to order parts. I provided front end body panels. At this point, the overall estimate was excess of $1900. After that, he said would be ready in a couple of days by the end of the week. The next week, he continued to stall. Eventually he told me when I called that he got the engine running and then proceeded to stall for time again. The car was ready 2-25-2011. Jerry proceeded to give me a list of things that he DID NOT fix; hood release cable, radiator fan switch, and the absence of an A/C condenser. He assured me that even though the radiator fan wouldn't turn on, that the car wouldn’t overheat. 2 hours after delivery I noticed a crack in the brand new paintjob he had applied. Also noticed that the brand new hood locking mechanism that I had provided was not used for the hood repair and that the hood would not lock. when I notified Jerry of this, he said he didn't know of any part. I returned to Collision Tech and was unable to find the part. Jerry found some way to lock the hood and I proceeded to go to a salvage yard to get a replacement part for that hood. When I left the parking lot there, the hood flipped up and smashed the roof of my car. Later that evening, the car started producing smoke from the engine. When I popped the hood to see what was wrong, boiling-temperature coolant was sprayed on my arm and face. I suffered 2nd degree burns to my arm in which the skin was burned right off and the car overheated. I managed to get the car home and the next day, it overheated five minutes after startup. His establishment has had the car for a month and they have done a horrendous job of mechanical work as well as paint&body. more
