Took my car to get and estimate on July 7th 08. The estimate was for replacement of the front bumper of a BMW M3 total given in the estimate was for $880.91. I took my car (7/21/08) in to get the repair work done and Chad (service writer/manager) told me that the parts have gone up from BMW...usually this is about $20-$40 difference...not in this case. He told me that the cost had almost doubled on the parts. I'm in the auto. repair industry so I called BMW and found that cost on the parts had actually gone up about $40 total on all of this. Either something sketchy is going on here or Chad screwed up and is trying to cover his butt? Needless to say I will not be taking my car there or referring any one to this place. They have cost me $200 in repairs and hours of my time.
