I was very impressed with this agency. They responded to my needs and if there was a need they were unable to meet, they were upfront about it. I live in a very small town and it's hard to get nurses to come out this far but ChildrenFirst manages to get them out here. Sometimes they will call and tell me they can't get me a nurse for a certain shift and though it's an inconvenience, I stay with the agency simply because my experience with the other agencies have been so much worse. I have found the nurses to be very friendly and truly care about my son. They have no problem offering solutions or advice when they see me struggling since they see many families in my situation and are able to tell me how others do it. The Therapist that comes out is ALWAYS happy to see my son. They use everyday objects from around the house and that allows me to continue the therapy with my son whenever he's in the mood. I highly recommend ChildrenFirst to anyone that is looking for home care service.
