We were referred to them by Early Steps, and I was apalled by their conduct. They took a month to get their stuff in order to send me a therapist, the one they sent was DREADFUL, and when I never heard from her and called to check on our status, they told me it was because of my childs ""condition"". When I asked them to elaborate on that, I found out their records said my son was hearing impaired, which he is not. I contacted Eary Steps and told them there was no way I could continue with this agency, their office staff is terrible, they can't keep records in order or cases straight, and their speech therapist had such a low voice and mumbled, I could barely understand her, let alone my child. Thankfully, we were allowed to return to the awesome therapist we had before we entered Early Steps, but had we not I would not have continued witth this agency. I don't know how anyone could consider their conduct or treatment acceptable. Pros: None that I could find, but maybe that they come to you Cons: They STINK!, awful office staff, awful therapist, awful record keeping!
