Review content:
I contracted with the owner Hawk to do a project. I paid in advance. He came and completed 75% of the job. Hawk told me he would be back the next day to clean up and complete. He did pick up his tools but after 8 weeks and many calls I still can not get him to complete the project. I call many times if I ever talked to him he would give me a day it would be done by but it never was completed.I am still trying to contact him!
