I have used this kennel a few times without any major problems. The last time that I boarded my dog we picked him up and he was extrmely dirty and smelled of urine. When I questioned the staff I was greeted with an attitude and told that it wasn't her fault and she wanted to know what I wanted her to do about it. When I called the owner he was of no help either. He said that my dog was a ""messy keeper"" whatever that means. When I explained that in his 9 years of life we have NEVER had this problem with our dog he really didn't have much to say. I question what occurred while we were away...
