I placed an order for delivery this evening and when I received my bill, it seemed that there were additional charges added on to it that I did not recognize. When I contacted Sebastiano's, I spoke with Linda, who informed me that the charges on the non-itemized receipt were upcharges for ordering TORTELLINI???? Are you kidding me? First of all, no one stated that I would be charged extra for ordering tortellini and I felt that the customer service I received, when I called back to discuss this with someone, was abrupt and VERY RUDE! I will definitely NOT be ordering from this restaurant again. Sliding in ""hidden"" charges to increase the money you pocket off of regular customers is AWFUL and poor business in my opinion!!
