Terrible customer service 11/15/2011

I placed an order for delivery this evening and when I received my bill, it seemed that there were additional charges added on to it that I did not recognize. When I contacted Sebastiano's, I spoke with Linda, who informed me that the charges on the non-itemized receipt were upcharges for ordering TORTELLINI???? Are you kidding me? First of all, no one stated that I would be charged extra for ordering tortellini and I felt that the customer service I received, when I called back to discuss this with someone, was abrupt and VERY RUDE! I will definitely NOT be ordering from this restaurant again. Sliding in ""hidden"" charges to increase the money you pocket off of regular customers is AWFUL and poor business in my opinion!! more

Wonderful Restaurant with great Food 10/16/2007

This restaurant has the best italian food that I have in this area. Now don't expect to have a fast meal here, because good food takes time. If you are in a rush to eat I recommend you do not eat here. But if you have the time to enjoy a great meal and the company of a great staff , then this is the place to go. more

Extremely rude and disrespectful management 7/9/2007

The service is usually slow, and during our last visit to this restaurant, we waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. After asking the waitress if there was anything that could be done because of the long wait, the manager came out to meet with us. He was very aggressive and used offensive and vulgar language. He then proceeded to yell and cuss out our party at the register. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this place of business and would never recommend it to anyone again. There are many other restaurants in the area with good food and much nicer and more respectful employees. more
