Review content:
SLRC's coffee is of the highest quality. Hard to beat anywhere in the US or Europe. Custom roasts and hand selected estate beans set it appart from the masses. Coffee is not the only decadence they have to offer. Their cakes and pasteries are devine. My wife and I especially like to sit down to a fruit flan and a cup of the daily special. The atmosphere is quaint and enjoyable. European coffee house meets Utah mountain culture. The clientel are as interesting as the roasters and antique scale displayed in the lower dining area. While living out of State, my wife and I would make special trips while in Utah to visit SLRC. It is by far one of our favorite cafes in the US.
