Receptionists are rude and vague on the phone. Its like pulling teeth to make an appointment. The worst part...i mean so freakin annoying...their office is open like 20 hours a week. 2 hour lunches in the middle of the day with zero phone coverage. messages go unanswered. I mean, if you ahve a job where the only time you ahve to make an appointment is during your lunch break...good luck. I cant belive the way our country is going with medical insurance. I mean, I went into the wrong business...you know that office cleares 50 grand a week from insurance money for a part time job. On the upside...if you do get in to see Dr. Cooper, he seems to be a good thorough dr with a good personality.....and he speaks english! Pros: The Dr. Cons: the process of getting to see him
