Review content:
I have heard from a few people that Stonehouse Stables reputation hasn't been very good in the past few years, but I decided to stop by. I was looking for a new place to board my horse. I pulled up to a gravel driveway full of potholes and giant mud puddles. There were lots of little kids there and seemed like it had a pretty active schooling program. I walked in and the barn staff was very friendly. I went into the office and met the operations manager who seemed to be clueless. As I walked around the facilities I noticed that all the fields had giant mud puddles by all the gates. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to swim to bring my horse in. The barn looked like it needed some major repairs. Then as I left, I noticed that the ring was really dusty! Lets just say I went someplace else and was very glad I didn't up up there. My advice...go look elsewhere! Pros: Nice barn staff. Cons: large mud puddles. clueless operations manager.
