Mrs. B was an absolute delight to work with. We just celebrated our wedding on Sept 3, 2011 and Mrs B did 6 cheesecakes for us(various flavors) that were awesome!!! She also did her outstanding carrot cake for us with cream cheese icing that was to die for. I had her customize it with an edible decal of a tandem bicycle which was a bit of a challenge because the decal had some marks that needed to be hidden. She is the Grand Dame of bakers and every single item was a culinary masterpiece. She decorated each cheese cake differently and the display at the reception was a sight to behold. Can't recommend her highly enough!!!
