Review content:
I left a very detailed message about a neuter for a rescued dog and heard back 5 days later...I JUST missed the phone ringing and then called back IMMEDIATELY once I listened to the message asking for details I had ALREADY left in my initial message. \r
I was then hung up on FOUR times...hard to leave a message when you are continually being hung up on! I even heard the girl the last time it happened, in the background, say ""I did it AGAIN"" as she hung the phone up...meaning picking up the phone instead of letting the machine pick it up, I have to assume. \r
I have used P.A.L. DOZENS of times, but they are putting themselves in last place when we now have R.A.L. and the SPCA .\r
They do have exceptional care, and I realize the decision to not have a receptionist is money driven... but in a time when money is tight and people are still wiling to rescue and spend their own hard-earned $$ on animals other than their own, PAL needs to understand service is an issue too.
