Review content:
This place has such a HIGH employee turn over that you never know what kind of a person will be taking care of your dog when you bring them in! No employee has been properly trained on how to handle the dogs. And the worst part? They are lying to your face. No one is actually there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The owner will --> LIE <-- to you to get you in the door ! And probably lie to you about how your pet's stay actually went. I would rather take my dog and leave him in the backyard than take him back to wuf spa. The owner is the worst part of this bussiness! DONT USE WUFSPA!
Pros: Employees are nice, web cams are neat
Cons: the owner/management is terrible, too many hidden fees
