Review content:
Well, after reviewing many places I settled on WufSpa. I live in Las Colinas so I thought this would be a good place to go. Boy was I wrong! My dog stayed there for 5 days and came back with pieces of his nose sliced off like he had been in a bar brawl. The worst part about that is I discovered this once I was bathing him at home. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me what happened. It was obvious that they knew because there was some type of medication on his nose. My dog is a yorkie and is very non-confrontational, so I am wondering what happened? I was very abrasive about putting my dog in the daycare it offers with the boarding service, but I thought it would do good to have him mingle with other dogs since he would be there for almost a week. I called and checked on him daily an the workers always said he was doing ""awesome""......well they must have been talking about someone else's dog. Funniest part about that is that when we came to pick him up we asked for him by name and they had no idea who he was......so how did they know he was doing well when we called? Additionally, I believe my dog has kennel cough and will be seeing the vet tomorrow. It makes me wonder did all of the dogs have the required shots or do they not update their records after the first visit? Needless to say, I will not be going back. If you must use them, please take my advice and do not let your ''SMALL'' dog in their daycare. The webcam is nice, but most of the time you can't see what is going on. I recommend that you look around and find somewhere else for your family friend. Cons: Understaffed, Not truthful, Cleanliness, Record keeping
