Wuf Pet Resort and Spa is not a business that employs experienced pet caregivers. They have endangered several pets and allowed a few of them to be seriously injured. The manager that kept your pets safe is no longer there! They didn’t tell anyone she was gone. \r

I knew something was different when I last allowed my dog to go to Wüf. I shouldn’t have left her there. Now it’s owned and managed by people with no experience with packs of dogs or caring for dogs they don’t know well. They don’t have overnight staffing and their daytime staff is clueless. Ask them a question and get a questionable answer in response. \r

The last time I was in, I asked to speak to the new owners and the employee told me they don’t come in and don’t work there. She said she didn't know how to get a hold of them. I asked who managed the place when they are gone. She told me he doesn’t work weekends.
