WUF does not even deserve the 1 star that they are getting on this review!!!!! I have never had a bad experience boarding my dog before, but that's because I've never gone to Wuf before. I dropped my dog off for memorial day weekend, and when I picked him up, his head was swollen to twice the size it should be. They told me that when taking him out to walk, another dog which was aggressive somehow got out of his run and they got into a fight. That night when I got my dog home I noticed that he was very lethargic and he also wouldn't eat. I immediately took him to the emergency vet where they gave him fluids and treated him with benadryl and antibiotics. His temperature was 103 and the vet was really worried about his organs at that temperature. They had not done ANYTHING for my dog-not even clean his wounds, which eventually got infected, even with antibiotics. I have now been to my regular vet 5 times since this happened, and treated him for an abscess on the head. When I talked to the owner about the situation, she was incredibly rude to me, blamed me for the incident, and was just downright horrible. Needless to say that I have not been able to recoup any of my $1500.00 worth of vet bills since this occured, nor the money that I spent on boarding. I don't think that these people care about dogs at all, I think all they care about is $$$$. DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: No Pros Here Cons: $1500 worth of vet bills later
