Going into Easy Seafood Bisto & Bar I was excited because I had heard the food was great! A woman in my office told me they changed the menu daily and several options for fresh fish at dinner. I am from Florida and I miss good seafood terribly! To start...Hawaiian Bigeye Tuna with Nicoise Olives...and the sauce...oh my god! For dinner I didn't even end up having seafood and it was still a good choice! Instead I had the Kurabato Stuffed Porkchop (which I was told by my knowledgable server) is the Kobe Beef of Pork! \r
...last but not least fresh Chilton County Peach Cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream...it comes in its own mini-skillet.\r
\r
Great for foodies! My freshly muddled mint mojito wasn't shabby either! I could have drank three!\r
\r
Cudos! If this restaurant were in Naples (where I am from) it would be a lot more expensive! Enjoy this exclusive Chattanooga charm!
Pros: Food & Bar Infusions
Cons: Bistro- so it can get loud
