We have dined on at least a dozen occasions and never been disappointed with the service nor the dishes served.\r Our usual time of day is dinner but visit for lunch as well. Both present exceptional value.\r Specials are not the ordinary seafood fare. I have been to Easy Seafood several times, and it is the best place in Chattanooga for fresh seafood. They always have a fresh selection of fish to choose from, and the preparation is excellent. The cajun/creole spices are on the light side, so if you like it hot you'll have to make a request to spice it up. We frequent the seafood in Myrtle Beach, and Destin. This is the best seafood away from the beach. Everything is flown in fresh daily. The service is great, true southern hospitality. Wonderful portions of well prepared seafood! After walking around town, we stopped in because it smelled good. Our 3-year-old son fell asleep while we were waiting to be seated so they gave us a huge booth, even though there was only the three of us and we didn't even ask for it! Our server was knowledgable, quick and top notch. Very relaxed environment. Highly recommend for a late lunch if you do not plan on having dinner. Going into Easy Seafood Bisto & Bar I was excited because I had heard the food was great! A woman in my office told me they changed the menu daily and several options for fresh fish at dinner. I am from Florida and I miss good seafood terribly! To start...Hawaiian Bigeye Tuna with Nicoise Olives...and the sauce...oh my god! For dinner I didn't even end up having seafood and it was still a good choice! Instead I had the Kurabato Stuffed Porkchop (which I was told by my knowledgable server) is the Kobe Beef of Pork! \r ...last but not least fresh Chilton County Peach Cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream...it comes in its own mini-skillet.\r \r Great for foodies! My father in law spent years living on the coast and really misses the seafood he always got there so when he birthday rolled around he really wanted to go the Easy Seafood. He had heard that it was nice. When my husband arrived everyone else had already been waiting for 15 minutes. As it turned out it didn't matter that we were late because we ended up waiting another 2 hours before we ever got a table. We watched group after group get seated while we just waited. We also watched multiple tables just sit unbussed. The staff never checked on us or offered us drinks while we waited. Nothing. When we finally were seated the waiter was slow to get to us and not at all helpful. The food was not priced well, to say the least. I ordered the catfish and while it was ok it was the only part of the meal that I was able to eat. The dicision when we left was unanimous... no more Easy Seafood... ever!
