Review content:
We own a condo made up of 246 homes and this place was a total disaster until the board finally hired Premier Community Managers. I mean the roads were horrible, the pool was disgusting, the hot tub was never working and the washer/dryers were broken half the time. That was about 12 months ago and today everything works and just about everything in the community has been fixed or repaired. They have done GREAT and as an owner, we appreciate them and their efforts. My wife and I have attended the board meetings and even at the meetings they are courteous, smiling all the time and just seem to take things so easily but get the job done and done well. We are proud to have them managing our community.
