Last year we interviewed 3 companies; a big company in Longwood, another in Lake Mary and Premier. Premier had the best ideas for our community where so many brothers are in trouble with their homes and need help. This company has been very good working with our less fortunate families and getting our community cleaned up. We do not have much money but premier has been good about working with us and for us. They come to our meetings prepared and always have good advice for us and the owners more

Best in Management 9/15/2011

We own a condo made up of 246 homes and this place was a total disaster until the board finally hired Premier Community Managers. I mean the roads were horrible, the pool was disgusting, the hot tub was never working and the washer/dryers were broken half the time. That was about 12 months ago and today everything works and just about everything in the community has been fixed or repaired. They have done GREAT and as an owner, we appreciate them and their efforts. My wife and I have attended the board meetings and even at the meetings they are courteous, smiling all the time and just seem to take things so easily but get the job done and done well. We are proud to have them managing our community. more

Contractor Friendly 9/15/2011

We work with numerous property management companies in Central Florida and Premier Community Managers with their staff and managers are top notch. We have no complaints about them and they are fair, knowledgeable and always want what is best for the community and Board of Directors while being fair with us as well. We make mistakes but Premier has always been willing to give us a 2nd chance and we appreciate their loyalty to us and the communities. more

Bar Far the Best Yet 9/11/2011

We live in a large condo community and have had 2 other companies since we lived here. They were horrible with lousy service and nothing gets done. Finally we have premier and they are not only courteous and helpful but very nice and we are seeing things done around here that have been not done in a long time. We are really happy with Mr. House and his company. His people are nice too on the phone. more

I've worked with two or three management companies and I can say that none are perfect. From what I see, Premier does a pretty good job answering their phones and emails in a timely manner, keeping the board in the loop, and being consistent t with their collections dues. I think we get a good value for our money. more

Premier has been very helpful during a difficult time in my life and has worked with me when money has been tight either with my hoa dues or my landscaping. more

Excellent Company 8/3/2011

Premier has been our property management company since 2004. I think we are their longest standing client and have referred them to several surrounding gated communities as an excellent company to work with and their personnel are very experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend Premier for your property management needs. We are getting ready to leave this community and move into a larger home to accomodate our family and I will solicit the board there to have Premier as their property firm. more

Exceptional Customer Service 4/2/2011

I have done business with this company as an HOA for several years and have found them to be courteous, professional, helpful and always available when needed. They are full trained professionals and we look forward to a long relationship with them in the future. Our HOA is comprised of 430 homes and I can count on one hand the number of complaints received in the 6 years we have done business with them. I would recommend them to any HOA or condo association that is looking for exception service. more
