Review content:
This isn't your typical gym, it's a smaller more one on one based even though it's primarily group classes. All the instructors are very knowledgable and willing to help you however they can. It's undeniable that no matter whether you want to seriously get into a martial art or sport or you just want to lose weight cardio is key. You don't even need to go to the classes if you'd rather work by yourself, the instructors will still be there to help motivate and push you. I've only been there a short time but I encourage anyone who's thinking about it, to stop in for a free class and try it out.
