American Van Lines East has probably the worst service I have ever seen in terms of moving. I have moved quite often for the past 5 years and have never seen a company so rude, and ignorant. They gave us an original quote, loaded up our stuff and once it was on the truck they said it was going to be about 2-3 times the original quote. Since it was already loaded on the truck we were forced to pay because our stuff was being held hostage until we paid. Furthermore, They did not leave until the morning of the day it was suppose to be there. Being a good 10+ hour drive they said they would still make it on time. However we knew this was not possible. Also their supervisor's are very rude and obnoxious. They never let me finish a sentence and kept making promises they couldnt keep. This is probably one of the worst businesses I have ever seen and something needs to be done so no one gets screwed over like me.
