I've just used Royal Collision for the third time, and I'm very pleased with the service. They are very informative and up front, and also great with follow-up. I got a call every other day with reports on the progress of the work. Everyone in the shop is very friendly, too. They are great all around.
On the recent visit, I went to Royal with major rear end damage after I was hit by another vehicle. They dealt directly with the other person's insurance company, with no issues whatsoever. They got the work done quickly, and did a great job. Definitely call them, and you won't go any further after you speak to Bill. I drive past ten or fifteen other body shops on the way to Royal, but they always get my business.
