Courteous staff. Quick service. 12/19/2013

I was hit on the rear fender and went to Royal Collision for the repair. My insurance company were the ones who referred me. The people at the collision center were very nice and courteous. They worked directly with my insurance for me. They got the job done quicker than I thought it would take. After their repair, you couldn't even tell the car was in an accident. I was satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them. more

I recently had repairs for my Camry for 2 minor accidents. Royal Collision did a wonderful job ---not only with repairs, also with service, Speed of repairs, communication with me & my insurance co, and they are Local!!! I would highly recommend them.The owner Bill was especially helpful. more

Great place to have collision work done. 3/21/2013

This is, unfortunately, the 3rd or 4th time I've brought my car in to Royal Collision. It's typically my fault but this time I was hit. Every time, I am pleased with the results. There was always a very pleasant person to work with. Their work is great. more

Royal Collision did the body work on my car after it was rear-ended. They put in a new bumper and painted it, it came out very well. They did a good job, on time. Bill was very polite and a good guy to do business with. more

No stress body repair. 3/7/2013

Our car had been involved in a fender bender so we brought it to Royal Collision and they provided us an estimate. A couple things changed that affected pricing so they called State Farm for us to secure the additional funds. They handled everything and did a fabulous job. Their staff is also very nice. more

OUTSTANDING! 2/1/2013

My 2012 Subaru Impreza had suffered front end damage from road debris on the Belt Parkway which blew off the fog light cover and scratched up the bumper pretty good from impact. The guys over at Competition Subaru in Smithtown recommended Royal Collision and I'm very glad I took their suggestion. Bill Hartoin made sure I was taken care of and had my car ready for me the very next day. I couldn't even tell there was damage on the front end originally! I have no issues recommending Royal Collision to anyone needing their services and will not hesitate to return if my car ever needs repair again. more

I had been in a car accident, a car went underneath my Jeep. The car that hit me was totaled and I had a lot of rear end and undercarriage damage. I was leaving the country for a trip so I had my daughter drop it off. There was nothing I could find wrong with the car when i got back. It was immaculate. They detailed it and all around just took the extra effort. Around here not many shops would do that. more

Helpful and Honest 1/16/2013

I had gone there when my daughter's car was hit. The owner of the other car recommended this shop to me. They are very honest at Royal Collision. They put the customer first, even though he was friends with the guy that hit my daughter's car. They were very helpful, gave good service, and didn't take too long repairing the car. They also found another problem and fixed that too. It was helpful all around. I like the place. Bill just called me back this morning to make sure everything was ok and that I got reimbursed for the rental car. more

Royal Collision was very friendly, totally cooperative, and more than prompt with their service. It was highly efficient. We had them repair a rear taillight and bumper. They did a great job and were willing to bend over backward for us. more

Royal Collision is awesome! Unfortunately, I've had to go there several times. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The service is very fast. They work quickly and do a great job. They are really great there. It's not an easy thing being in an accident, but there, they treat you so well, they make it a good experience for the circumstances. I've recommended them to other people who have gone there too. more
