I wish to extol the virtues of Dan Fusco's company, InnerPC: \r

After three separate and unsuccessful attempts to cure my lap-top computer - by three different repair ""gurus"" - of a totally crippling and devastating virus, Dan & company were able to not only successfully identify the problem, but to restore my computer to full service, having it back to me in better working condition than it's ever been, and doing so within a time-period of only 48 hours! \r

Not only was I blown away by the company's technical expertise, but the prompt, personal service and attention I received, was alone, worth every penny of the company's very reasonable fee. \r

Also, being not very technically oriented, I was especially put at ease by the patience that both Dan and his ""house-call"" technician, Collin, had with me.\r
\r
For me, to have a ""go-to"" computer repair company that I can trust to give me a correct diagnosis of my computer problems, and quick and efficient service in fixing those problems, gives me an enormous sense of confidence that if and when something goes wrong, it can quickly be taken care of. That kind of peace of mind is precious ... and not easy to find among the too many fast-talking, overpriced, dishonest, and incompetent ""gurus.""\r
