To whom it may concern:\r \r I wish to extol the virtues of Dan Fusco's company, InnerPC: \r \r After three separate and unsuccessful attempts to cure my lap-top computer - by three different repair ""gurus"" - of a totally crippling and devastating virus, Dan & company were able to not only successfully identify the problem, but to restore my computer to full service, having it back to me in better working condition than it's ever been, and doing so within a time-period of only 48 hours! \r \r Not only was I blown away by the company's technical expertise, but the prompt, personal service and attention I received, was alone, worth every penny of the company's very reasonable fee. \r \r Also, being not very technically oriented, I was especially put at ease by the patience that both Dan and his ""house-call"" technician, Collin, had with me.\r \r For me, to have a ""go-to"" computer repair company that I can trust to give me a correct diagnosis of my computer problems, and quick and efficient service in fixing those problems, gives me an enormous sense of confidence that if and when something goes wrong, it can quickly be taken care of. I highly recommend InnerPC for your computer troubles. I called InnerPC when I got a nasty virus. The knowledgeable staff knew exactly which virus I had acquired and how to remove it. Within a couple of hours they were at my apartment checking out my computer. They then took the computer back to their facility, removed the virus and improved the overall performance of my computer, while still saving all of my data. They then returned the computer back to me at my apartment. The turnaround time was also very quick and the price very reasonable. Finally, the staff is extremely courteous and professional. So bottom line is they are knowledgeable, professional, convenient, fast, and reasonably priced. If I have any problems in the future I am definitely calling InnerPC. more

InnerPC Computer Repairs came through again. We have used them many times at our gallery but during the hurricane our computer had a virus and they came to the rescue. The day after the storm a technician came to our house and gave us great consultation with our computer. Within three days we had our computer back in our home running better than new. My computer crashed and I was unable to start the computer or recover necessary documents. I was in a bind. I called InnerPC in the morning and within the hour Dan had analyzed my issue and recovered the irreplaceable documents I needed. Not only did Dan recover all my documents and programs, despite the hard drive crashing, he returned my computer within a day with a new hard drive. The computer is now running better than new and I could not be happier with the service and results. I can not express how impressed I am with InnerPC's results and professionalism (at reasonable prices), and I have already reccomended InnerPC to friends and family. more
