It took 1 1/2 years of searching to find an excellent salon - Salon Bamboo. After moving to this area from LA, we visited four salons, all of which were bitter disappointments. One produced a $70 lopsided haircut; two gave us embarrassing ""SuperCut"" hairstyles; and one, after an hour delay, provided us with uncomplimentary highlights. \r
But that all changed with the discovery of Salon Bamboo. Victoria, a superb stylist, at Salon Bamboo, has repeatedly demonstrated expert flair for cutting-edge cuts that last for weeks, and striking highlights. She's also extremely personable and a great conversationalist, who'll make you feel at home at the Salon. The staff is courteous and kind. And parking near the Salon usually is easy, particularly if you schedule an early appointment. \r
By all means give the Salon a try. You'll be pleased.
