Review content:
I have children that attened this daycare. I agree with some of the other comments about the caregivers being cold and unresponsive. Not all of them are like that, but the ones that are ruin it for the rest of them. You know the saying, ""One bad apple......""\r
The directors can be difficult to deal with. When presented with an issue, they tend to side with the teacher no matter the circumstance. They tell you they will address and issue and take care of it. However, my experiece was that was all talk. When I followed up with the teachers to see if the issue had been addressed, it had not. When I brought this up to the director, she either ignored me or tried to explain it away. I presented the director with evidence of a teacher bieng verbally abusive. The director did not acknowledge the behavior and the teacher is still teaching there.\r
They are very much concerned with appearances and awards. They work to get them, but then do not follow through to honor them.\r
I did not have all bad experiences there, but the bad tended to outweigh the good.
Pros: Clean environment
Cons: Distant staff
