Review content:
We had Top Town reserved to take 3 couples out to NYC for a 50th birthday. When the car arrived at the house the 6 year old daughter of the ""birthday girl"" came running out and while doing so was struck by a passing car. The police, EMT and ambulance came to the scene and we all spent the next day and a half in the hospital and with her. Needless to say we didn't go out partying.\r
The service said they would refund all of the $650.00 for the service because of what happened. Instead, at the end of the month we were charged for the full amount and told that we would have to accept a rain check instead of a refund. I offered 20% to them reflecting the non refundable deposit but they still refused to refund any money. I find this particularly heartless and would certainly never use them. I have no immediate need for a limo and can't see it as fair to leave them with 650.00 for something I have no regular use for.
