I just finished having Stern, Miller & Higdon handle my last case. I was turned down by 3 other lawyers before I found them. They were able to get me to a doctor, got me in a rental car and got my car fixed within a week. I was glad not to have to deal with the insurance company. Adam Miller did all this for me. Although I mostly dealt with his staff, when they did not know the answer they put it in a memo and he would call me later. Once he even told me the issue was more a face to face problem and we set an appointment for later that week. I found him to be prompt, courteous and professional. \r
I settlement was for the policy limits. They even got the doctors to take less money so i would have more. I could not have been more pleased. \r

I hope to never get in an accident again, but if I do I am going back to them.
