I have yet to meet Adam Miller. I certainly did not know this would turn out like this...truly not a happy camper...................if you know what I mean...............it has been 6 Months and I have not gotten a phone call, text or message from Atty. Adam Miller. Wow! if I had only known............this Firm doesn't seen to be very concerned about their clients well maybe let's just say some of us..........Like another person stated below the Secretary V. My case was just settled with STERN MILLER HIGDON and I am very satisfied with the outcome. From the first day my case was taken by STERN MILLER HIGDON firm I was reassured that everything would be taken care of. I was called almost immediately and spoke with my case manager. We discussed the case and I was well informed on how the case will be worked. I was helped with my rental and received calls back from the case manager in a timely manner. When ever I wanted to make an appointment to come see my attorney he would always call me back promptly after requesting an appointment to see him. Mr. Miller was very attentive to all my needs and wants in this case. Mr. Miller even was able to help with several cash advances through out the duration of my case. Adam Miller and his staff were very professional and not to mention very kind. I recommend anyone to seek their services. I definitely will keep them in mind and will refer people out to them. more

I just finished having Stern, Miller & Higdon handle my last case. I was turned down by 3 other lawyers before I found them. They were able to get me to a doctor, got me in a rental car and got my car fixed within a week. I was glad not to have to deal with the insurance company. Adam Miller did all this for me. Although I mostly dealt with his staff, when they did not know the answer they put it in a memo and he would call me later. Once he even told me the issue was more a face to face problem and we set an appointment for later that week. I found him to be prompt, courteous and professional. \r I settlement was for the policy limits. They even got the doctors to take less money so i would have more. I could not have been more pleased. \r \r I hope to never get in an accident again, but if I do I am going back to them. more

I just read these two reviews and really do not have anything bad to say about stern, miller & higdon. I had a case with Adam Miller and it was well taken care of. I believe that people are just to impatient and expect great things to happen when they are in the worst of situation. I believe people just need to make the best out of every situation they are in and stop expecting hand me downs. My case was settled within a year and believe that if you sit back and let people do their job as Adam Miller did for my case that things will get done. All in all i believe people can become bitter and will try to impose on others in times like these. It's all what you make of things. Stern, Miller and Higdon really worked for me! The review I just read was absolutely correct. They did the same thing to me. My situation is worse than theirs. I got hurt and never got the doctors I needed. I had no income and they would not help me. I lost my job and am still hurt. Adam Miller has a new assistant now. They settled my case for 8,000 dollars and I signed release,after I was told there was no more money. I was desperate didn't know how I would pay my bills. He ruined my life and didin""t even care. I complained to the office manager several times but they are all in it together.My bills all got behind and my 600 to 700 credit scores all went to collection. I asked if I could go to court he said no. Please don't waste your time there.He will screw you too with no kiss. I was so stressed out my hair came out and now I wear a scarf all time. I am a single parent at 48 years old I had been on my job for 9 years. With my injury I can no longer do my job making 12.00 an hr. I now have to fight social security for any help. All I can do is pray and try to hold on. I fell betrayed,hurt and don't want anyone else to go thru this. Please stay clear of Stern, Miller and Higdon for your own good. Stern, Miller, and Higdon are a COMPLETE FRAUD. I personally dealt with Adam Miller and his equally rude assistant Violet Perales upon being involved in a car accident (the other person impacted my vehicle). \r First of all, I had to obtain the report of the accident myself because they would do NOTHING to begin my case, not even that! I felt like I was spoon-feeding so-called ?professionals.? Both Adam and Violet refused to return calls and e-mails as well (and trust me, I am not the type of person to nag either, so that wasn?t the reason they ignored me). However, when Violet miraculously returned a call, she would raise her voice at me and treat me in the most disrespectful manner imaginable. Her ineffectiveness was so great, I spent around a month without a car because she never arranged for me to rent a car. Needless to say, I could NEVER count on either Adam or Violet to give me guidance, so I made plenty of mistakes like losing lots of money that was never reimbursed.\r My first meeting with Adam went by smoothly, but by the second meeting he had no idea who I was! This proves how much attention he had been paying to the case?\r I met Violet in person that second time as well. Her attitude was surprisingly calm, but she proved she had NO idea what she was doing. She end up having to call Adam for assistance.\r \r About the money?\r Adam changed the quantity of money I was going to receive each time I talked to him. He gave me a ?detailed? list of all the damages and what I was going to receive in our 2nd and last meeting, yet some quantities I was to have reimbursed were missing from that list. I tried to reason with him, but gave up. After all, 9 months was ENOUGH. All I wanted to do was end this.\r \r I practically had to beg Adam to try to get some money from the property damage because since the beginning, they had refused to pay any attention to my car?s damage (around $8,000 in damages!). Since I was never guided by Adam or Violet, I paid for many hospital fees which I later found out I wasn?t supposed to pay, and I lost the money in the end, which they said they could not reimbursed.\r \r To sum things up, I lost A LOT of money, spent 9 months babying a lawyer and his assistant, and stressed like NEVER BEFORE. In the end, Adam was left his a huge chunk of money that I can assure he was not supposed to get. I was left with a feeling of betrayal, disgust, and empty pockets?\r \r Stern, Miller, and Higdon are a FRAUD I would NEVER recommend!!!\r more
