Review content:
I was introduced to the food and drinks at Smoothie Island through a friend and got to know the owner Faysal about 4 years ago. I've been eating there regularly ever since. For lunch or dinner, I like the California Fish pita or the veggie platter, but I can say that I have eaten and enjoyed almost everything on the menu. For breakfast, I recommend the egg-white omlett with salmon. Everything is fresh and cooked to your liking everytime. The smoothies are healthy and delicious. Just ask Faysal or any of his staff if you have a question about the nutritional value of any smoothie or food item on the menu. \r

Lunch hour is very busy at Smoothie Island, but the owner Faysal makes it a point to greet you by your name if he's there and ensures his staff are taking care of you. Whether you're in a rush during lunch hour or have ample time on the weekend, the atmosphere at the restaurant is quite relaxed and family-friendly. Whether you're in your work clothes, street clothes or in gym clothes, there's always a place for you at Smoothie Island. The customers are often friendly, so don't worry about going alone. Just sit and eat at the bar, and you'll always hear a good story or participate in a good conversation.\r
