Review content:
I tried it about 1 year ago, liked the food but was dissapointed by the lack of customer service. I went back a second time giving them another chance, but again I thought I was ordering from the ""soup n*zi"" -Sienfeld Episode! I went back this last time-(1 yr later) and found a consistency in the lack of customer service. They couldn't give me a total for my to-go order, no communication at my pick up, had to ask for receipt and drink holder for my multiple drinks- had to carry far to my car, bc of no close parking. Got to work with my order, which had raw tomatoes that the Texas HLTH DEPT has advised not to sell because of s*lmonella outbreak. When I called to ask what tomatoes they were sreving, they were not even sure of the outbeak, but said ""you don't have to eat it if you don't want to"". Then asked ME what tomatoes were affected. I told them I wanted my money back and would bring the food back bc I didn't want to get sick. When I walked in, I was pointed out and yelled at by the owner who denied anything wrong with product. So I gave him the article from the Texas HLTH Department showing him he was offering a possible contaminated product, but he pushed it aside. If he doesn't care about the health of his customers, I certainly do not recommend stepping into that establishment.
