Review content:
My wife and I went there for dinner on Valentine's Day. It was our first and last time going there. I'd made a 5:30 p.m. reservation days prior only to get there and be seated at a table. The food was overpriced and bland. My dish was cooked too fast. The cheese on top was hard, and the dish was soupy. My wife and I don't eat pork or red meat, and since the regular menu wasn't available, we should have gone with our gut and departed for Red Lobster. Management made a decision not to allow patrons to swap their sides out from the Valentine's Day menu that night. The bread was also hard as a brick.\r \r The server sensed that we weren't happy and asked if we wanted to see a manager. By then, we'd figured out that the GM was lady managing the hostess counter. The place is plagued with problems, starting with the GM. The server later sent the owner's son out to speak with us. He begged us to come back, ingenuinely. We told him that we were extremely disappointed, and this was a bad first impression. In addition, we disclosed that we wouldn't be patronizing them again.
