First off id like to point out that the 6 star review on this page was obviously meant to be a 1 star if you read it.
This place has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with!!!! Not to mention the sleazy salespeople. AHHH! I AM MAD AT THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
Once i decided on a mattress, they quickly did the paperwork with me, and told me the mattress would arrive in one week. This was on 11/20/11.
One week later, no call, no mattress, So I call and they say it will be another two weeks. Two weeks go by and no mattress, no call again. So I call AGAIN and now "" It will for sure be there 12/14"". NO MATTRESS NO CALL AGAIN! I call on the 12/14 and they wont even give me a date anymore, they say some time at the end of the week. And the people I talked to were being rude when I mentioned how unprofessional they are. I OFFICIALLY HATE THIS PLACE!!
O ya and one more thing. There have been negative posts on here for almost one year. A representative from mattress world replied to several of these reviews saying that they will always strive for better customer service. Well its a year later and they have done NOTHING to improve obviously its just another one of their sleazy salespeople trying to sound like he/she cares. WHAT A JOKE
