I was thrilled with Across Town Movers. We moved out of our house in 2 different moves and used Across Town Movers for the second move. I wish we had used them the first time as well.
For our first move, we used a major moving company that I was very disappointed with. Three months later, when we were doing the second move, we decided to use Across Town Movers because a neighbor who had used them recommended them to us.
The team we had was extremely professional and conscientious. This was a huge move, out of a 10,000-sq.-ft. house, and we had no issues at all except for a table leg that was broken because it was raining and one of the movers slipped. I was more worried about the mover than the table, which they fixed for us.
Across Town Movers also was very accommodating. They came out the day after I called to get us on schedule for the move because we only had a week's turnaround time. I was very pleased with their service.
I would unequivocally use Across Town Movers again. In fact, we have to do another move in a couple of months and are already planning to use them. I even requested the same team.
