Businiess name:  Appliance Man AC & Heating

Review content:
Monday morning, I was scheduled for a service call by the Appliance Man. When their crew arrived, I asked if they had booties to protect our carpeting; it is an off-white and all workmen coming into the house have them or we give them pairs which we keep for this purpose. This crew did, too. But theirs was in their truck. Then, when they got them, they put the booties on in the garage which totally defeats the purpose of wearing the booties in the first place. When I told them that, they got huffy, said they would not service my unit and told me to recall Home Choice. Now, I am left to wait for another person or crew to arrive on Tuesday. I cannot understand how individuals intelligent enough to know A/C repair aren't smart enough to realize that placing booties on their shoes and then tracking through a garage is not exactly good work procedure. I hope Oscar the owner/manager talks to these guys. I don't need prima donnas servicing my unit especially those who don't respect the property of others.
