Review content:
Order a Crab Cake platter for $16.00, they mess up the order by not including the sides for carry-out. Call the manager and her reply is that she doesn't have time to deal with problems right now and call back after 5:30 then just hung up. We just spent over $100.00 with this establishment and the manager says call back in 5 hours? We are also a company that had in the past purchased large spreads for employees and this is how we are treated. On the check that actually charged a premium for take out and they still get the oreder wrong and refuse to rectify the problem. The worst service I have ever experienced.
