Review content:
I have been getting my hair cut by Jocelyn for almost a year now and have been very pleased with the results every single time. Even when I am not sure what style I want and let her pick, I still end up loving it! How often does that happen?! (Always with Jocelyn!) She is friendly and professional and makes the effort to get me in whenever my crazy schedule allows. I also love the fact that she's more than willing to trim my bangs, even on short notice. She recently joined Jau Jao Studio, and I am very happy about the move. The salon is clean and the stylists are friendly and fun. Also, its near the Grand Lake theatre and several restaurants, so you can make a day out of it! The walk from the 19th street BART station is a bit far (coming from SF), but on a nice day, its a beautiful and relaxing walk past Lake Merritt. I would highly recommend this salon and especially Jocelyn!
Pros: Ambience, Friendly Staff, Clean
Cons: A bit far from public transit
