As a response to your negative review. You called asking my staff about proprietary information and got upset and started yelling at my staff. I advised my staff to just hang up the phone. You then called back and I answered. You were yelling and cursing at me and saying you were a personal friend of our Medical Director. I advised you to please call and talk to him. You were so mad that I would not give you this information. I find it funny that you called Global Sleep 2 days after our sign went up wanting proprietary information. You would not give your name (which leads me to believe that you are a competitor) and it was you that was cursing and yelling at us. I never once said a curse word or yelled at you. So please stop harrasing Global Sleep. We are all in the business to help people in need. People like you give good reputable businesses like Global a bad name and it is sad. In this day and age we should all be working together for the good of the patient not the mighty dollar.
