Global Sleep

Over the past many years, I have had two sleep studies done at this office. Both times I have found them to be very efficient and they have cared about my comfort while there. I am going to be scheduling another study and soon and would not consider going anywhere else. more

My husband was referred to Global Sleep by his doctor for a sleep study. We were really leary of going through with the study because my husband has a difficult time sleeping in strange places.\r When I called Global Sleep to ask a few questions about the study, the ladies that I spoke with were extremely courteous and helpful. They helped put our minds at ease. After they called to verify my husband's insurance, they called us back and explained our coverage for the test. So we scheduled his appointment and asked if we could see the facility before the test. They allowed us to see both the Glendora and Arcadia facilities since we live in between them. They were both really nice facilities, but my husband decided to have his test at the Glendora facility.\r After his sleep study, my husband met with his doctor. The doctor explained that the sleep study showed that he has something called Restless Leg Syndrome and that keeps both of us awake at night. Now his is on medication and both sleeping a whole lot better!\r \r Thank you very much Global Sleep! My husband says you made him feel right at home. As a response to your negative review. You called asking my staff about proprietary information and got upset and started yelling at my staff. I advised my staff to just hang up the phone. You then called back and I answered. You were yelling and cursing at me and saying you were a personal friend of our Medical Director. I advised you to please call and talk to him. You were so mad that I would not give you this information. I find it funny that you called Global Sleep 2 days after our sign went up wanting proprietary information. You would not give your name (which leads me to believe that you are a competitor) and it was you that was cursing and yelling at us. I never once said a curse word or yelled at you. So please stop harrasing Global Sleep. We are all in the business to help people in need. People like you give good reputable businesses like Global a bad name and it is sad.
