My wife and I have eaten sushi in many places in and out of the United States, West Coast to East Coast, from all around Manhattan and all the way to the tip of Long Island. And I can truly say that Sakura is on my top 10 list. \r Not only is the fish top notch but the whole staff from the own on down makes you fell like you part of their family. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by everyone, your coats take and you are seated. Everyone one is knowledgeable about the days special fish all the way from japan and the extensive sake menu. And do try the sake. They have a large section of sakes. If you don?t drink alcohol try some green or buckwheat tea. \r The menu is not as large as a restaurant but some of the dishes are unique to them. Some of the recipes comes from the owners family and some come from Sakura?s master chief with over 40 years experience as a sushi chief.\r If your are one of these people that only order California rolls or something with cream cheese in it, you need not come here. But if you would like to enjoy a bit of Japan and really get a taste of what sushi should taste like please do come. Pros: Excellent fish, nices people you can find and a great sake menu Cons: None come to mind
