Where do I begin. Fist let me start with the GNATS! They were everywhere! all around our table all around the food bar, they were disgusting! Gnats mean that you are not keeping the place clean and that is an instant turn off for me. The meat was mostly rare and seemed highly salted to me, the ""gouchos"" could care less whether our card was green or red, they came anyway. And then toward the end of the meal when we really wanted to try some things other than the undercooked over salted beef they were nowhere to be found. I have eaten several times at Texas De Brazil in Dallas and in Memphis and was excited to try our local churrascaria and was let down. The bland rice was not appetizing and the ""fries"" were all stuck together and rather disgusting looking, we didn't even touch them. And to top it off, the light bulb above our table was burnt out. That is indicative to me of your over all attention to deatail. Over all this meal was one of the WORST we have had in Cleveland in a long time. My nephew was celebrating his discharge from the Army last night and we really wanted it to be a special night.Your really let me down.\r
I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact the management and they have not tried to contact me back.
