Brasa Grill Brazilian Steak

Where do I begin. Fist let me start with the GNATS! They were everywhere! all around our table all around the food bar, they were disgusting! Gnats mean that you are not keeping the place clean and that is an instant turn off for me. The meat was mostly rare and seemed highly salted to me, the ""gouchos"" could care less whether our card was green or red, they came anyway. And then toward the end of the meal when we really wanted to try some things other than the undercooked over salted beef they were nowhere to be found. I have eaten several times at Texas De Brazil in Dallas and in Memphis and was excited to try our local churrascaria and was let down. The bland rice was not appetizing and the ""fries"" were all stuck together and rather disgusting looking, we didn't even touch them. And to top it off, the light bulb above our table was burnt out. That is indicative to me of your over all attention to deatail. Over all this meal was one of the WORST we have had in Cleveland in a long time. My nephew was celebrating his discharge from the Army last night and we really wanted it to be a special night.Your really let me down.\r I have made SEVERAL attempts to contact the management and they have not tried to contact me back. more

I recently had the pleasure of dinning at Brasa. From start to finish we enjoyed all to be offered. We were greeted with warm smiles & courteously escorted to our table. Our server ""Landy"" was charismatic and professional in all regards, seeing to our every need without our party so much as asking him for thing. He anticipated our every desire as if we were guests in his own home and treated us with a gracious, dignified manor! The food was outstanding! Everyone of the delicious gourmet meat items were presented & hand cut by the ""Gauchos"" for the offering right at our table (which by the way does not stop being offered until you are well satisfied). Finishing off the meal with a selection of tantalizing homemade desserts made for a true, one of a kind dinning experience. I would recommend Brasa as 1, if not the best restaurants in Downtown Cleveland. more

My husband and I went there for our aniversary, b/c I heard it was similar to a restuarant in ATL, it was great! We had so much fun, staff was friendly and very courteous. I have since recommended this place to anyone looking for a nice place to eat. I don't think it is that expensive, well worth every penny. We took a party of ten business friends here for dinner on our first visit. We could not have made a better choice! This place is by far the best restaurant we have been to.....EVER!!! The meats offered are numerous, delicious and endless. And, you can only find that out if you can pace yourself at the buffet table where the selections are creative, fresh and tasty. We have always had great service from all personnel. But, Marcello is #1 in my book!!! \r \r If you want seafood, try their other place down the street.....Mallorca....lobster is out of this world!!! Brasa Grill is the best thing to happen to cleveland since, since, well since ever. It is the best restaurant I have even been to. I pretty much love the place. Anyone who does not like should get checked out. The best time to go is around 4:00 p.m. becuase then you are the only in the restuarant and all the meat is yours. I've been to Braza twice~once with a large party of 25 and once with my husband. We've had Paul both times and he is outstanding. All of our needs were always met without having to ask or feel like the staff was hanging over us. Very profession staff and I thought first class. Attentiveness like on a crusie ship. My husband prefers more medium-well meat than what was offered. Pricey yes but good for that special and unique occasion. An Adkin's dream. When we were there for a party I didnt notice the music. Wait staff overall was brusk, bordering on rude. English is difficult to understand. Where are all the smiles on the staff? Expected more from an expensive restaurant. Meats like you never imagined. Not for the vegetarian, although the salad bar is great. But don't fill up, the variety and flavor of all the meats is too good. And the service was one of the best yet. The staff went down to their sister restaurant, Mallorca, to get me the coffee that I wanted. I was there on a slow night, so maybe that helps, but I couldn't have wished for more. If ever in cleveland, please go here if you like meat. Pros: service, meats, presentation more

We were told this restaurant was close to heaven, and by the time we left, it was far closer to hell. The salad bar isn't bad, and the alcohol is fine. Our card was flipped to green for about 20 mins before we even received the first meat server. Multiple servers skipped our table of 10 and at one point our plates were empty for about 10 minutes. Then came dessert, which took our server close to a half an hour just to bring out his cart to make 2 of the ""house specialty coffees"". We ordered another dessert that was inedible, the chocolate canche aka melted hershey bar into a tort shell. Since when is chocolate bad? Only at brasa, and only in Cleveland!
