We were told this restaurant was close to heaven, and by the time we left, it was far closer to hell. The salad bar isn't bad, and the alcohol is fine. Our card was flipped to green for about 20 mins before we even received the first meat server. Multiple servers skipped our table of 10 and at one point our plates were empty for about 10 minutes. Then came dessert, which took our server close to a half an hour just to bring out his cart to make 2 of the ""house specialty coffees"". We ordered another dessert that was inedible, the chocolate canche aka melted hershey bar into a tort shell. Since when is chocolate bad? Only at brasa, and only in Cleveland!
